Cheat Sheet for the Standard Greenland Roll, including the Land Exercise.  This handy tool is designed for beginning to advanced rollers.  It outlines the key moves to landing that first roll!  The Cheat Sheet has four columns, the first contains the KEY word, the second box shows a picture of that step on the land, the third box shows the same step in the water, the last box in that row contains a brief description of each step.  Designed to be used to help you remember the steps and to be able practice on the ground or floor.  This way you can practice your roll often without even getting wet.  It makes your "water time" much more effective.  It is laminated so when you are ready to try the steps in the water, the cheat sheet is ready to go!
